The People Working in an Ambulance
Of course, a certain amount of people have to be in an ambulance. That’s so they can transport and help the people that they save.
Paramedics or emergency medical technicians (EMTs) staff an ambulance, and respond to calls within the area. Paramedics are specially trained first responders who provide emergency care in critical situations.
EMTs have similar training. But, they can provide less care than a paramedic since paramedics have more extensive and advanced training.
Depending on where you are, there may be a specific ambulance driver who doesn’t have advanced first aid training. But, they instead focus on transporting the vehicle itself.
