Exam time is never an easy time for students. Students get stressed out and study like there is no tomorrow to get the results they so desperately want. During the exam time, students spend a lot of time in the library or drink too much caffeine or even follow an unhealthy eating pattern. Take Proper Sleep: Most of the students take very less amount of sleep during the exam days. I know some students who wake up at 7 in the morning and go to bed at 3 am in the night. This might be their “style of studying”. This could do more harm than good. One should sleep for 7 to 9 hours per night, doing so will have positive an impact on your studies.
Drink Plenty of Water: This is an essential part of staying healthy, not just during the exam time but throughout the year. Not staying hydrated leads to 20 percent of memory loss. Hence, one should drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Exercise: It is a false statement that one does not get time for exercise during their exams.
Regular exercise is the key to good health and stress reduction. After sitting at a desk all day, take a break at the gym or by taking walks. This helps the blood to follow faster around your body including to your brain.

As subjects like physics and mathematics require a fresh and healthy mind to read and solve complex equations.
Keep your study area neat and clean: If you are studying in your house or in your hostel, keep it clean. Untidy spaces can add additional and often unnoticed stress.
Wash Your hands: You must be thinking, what is the relation between washing hands and getting good marks in the examination. Eating with dirty hands can make you fall ill during your exam period. So to avoid getting ill, do this simple task of washing your hand with a hand wash or with a soap.
Avoid Energy Drinks or Stimulants: Taking stimulants like energy drinks and so much caffeine will give you an instant energy but these things have more long time negative effects.
